Designing your building

1. First, we will discuss what you require from your accommodation and then take you through the options available, depending on the size required:

• Modular buildings
• Portable buildings

2. This in turn will then lead to a discussion on whether:

• New or used modular buildings are required
• New or used portable buildings are required

3. We will then discuss internal layout to fit your requirements and also external requirements:

• Timber textured buildings or
• Plastisol steel-clad buildings

4. At this stage we would be able to come up with some designs, which can be altered as you see fit. Once a design is agreed, we will then be able to give you a quotation for the supply, delivery and installation of your ideal building.

Installing your modular building

The process of installing a modular building is normally quite straightforward. We will be with your every step of the way, so nothing is left to chance.

We will first visit the site to minimise the risk of any hitches at the eleventh hour (e.g. is the proposed location suitable or viable? Is there adequate access for lorries? Will it be possible to lift the building over a fence or wall or is a crane required? Are new foundations required?). Once everything is ready, the on-site installation proceeds in the following manner:

Step 1: Foundations set previously

Step 2: Transportation

Step 3: First module is sited

Step 4: Remaining modules lined up

Step 5: All modules sited and weatherproofed

Step 6: Interior furnished

At this point, the installation is complete.
